Job Responsibility:

  • Own the vision, strategy, and execution of Circle K's customer-facing digital platforms globally, including our websites and mobile applications
  • Deliver a seamless, intuitive, and engaging digital journey that makes our customers' lives easier and enhances their interaction with our brand
  • Lead a team to define and deliver a world-class user experience, drive innovation in our digital offerings, and ensure our platforms meet the evolving needs of our customers and the business
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration, championing user-centric design, leveraging data and customer insights to inform decisions, and working closely with UX/UI, engineering, marketing, and regional teams to deliver cohesive and impactful digital solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience (7+ years) in product management, with a strong focus on consumer-facing digital products (web and mobile applications) in a large-scale environment
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, UX/UI best practices, and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, user research, and leveraging data to drive product decisions and personalization strategies
  • Solid technical understanding of web and mobile technologies, development processes, and platform capabilities
  • Experience defining and executing product strategies that have resulted in measurable improvements in customer engagement, conversion, and satisfaction
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams across a global organization
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • A customer-first mindset, always seeking to understand and address user needs and pain points
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business in a relevant field
  • Experience in retail or a related industry is highly advantageous
