As Group Procurement Manager, you’ll sit at the centre of the CPG value engine. Reporting to the COO, this is a senior, Group leadership role responsible for defining and executing procurement strategy and managing costs across multiple business units. You’ll drive cost optimisation at scale, embed standardised governance and processes, and elevate procurement from function to strategic advantage. This role is about influence, transformation, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes, while building resilient, future-ready supplier ecosystems that support growth, innovation, and expansion.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and execute Group-wide procurement strategies that deliver cost savings, value creation, and risk mitigation
Act as a trusted advisor to the Group Executive team, and the Executive teams of Clarendon Homes and Domaine Homes, as well as other senior stakeholders on procurement, cost optimisation, supply chain risk, and commercial strategy
Drive procurement transformation initiatives, including process standardisation, technology adoption, and operating model uplift
Source, establish and manage mutually beneficial strategic supplier partnerships that enhance quality, innovation, resilience, and scalability
Deliver annual procurement and extra-to-schedule (ETS) savings targets, alongside robust financial analysis, whilst maintaining the quality of our homes
Monitor markets, suppliers, and emerging technologies to identify competitive advantage and improvement opportunities
Lead and manage a small team of specialists, ensuring succession plans in place for all critical roles
Requirements:
10–15+ years’ experience in procurement or supply chain
5–7+ years in senior leadership roles within complex, multi-business environments
Residential and/or commercial building experience is essential
Advanced qualifications in business, supply chain, or procurement
Professional certifications (e.g. CPSM, CSCP or equivalent)
Deep expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier relationship management, and supply chains
Strong demonstrated commercial and financial acumen
Executive presence with the credibility to influence C-suite and senior stakeholders
A proven track record of building consensus, driving change, and leading transformation
High emotional intelligence, strong judgment, and the ability to navigate complexity across cultures and geographies
