Job Description

We currently require a highly motivated individual with a friendly and confident manner to provider operational support across the Group. Candidates must have previous experience and understanding of back-office systems such as Volume, Intelligent office, and will need to be able to prioritise a demanding and time-sensitive workloads. The ideal candidate will be a good communicator with the ability to develop relationships. Traveling across various offices may be required.

Job Responsibility

  • Focussing on 1st line of support on technical-specific operational issues across the group
  • Business support and guidance of technology user queries and providing guidance
  • Support business needs to improve integration needs and data quality, including valuation
  • Liaise with software providers to resolve issues such as with CRM providers
  • Support technology procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency
  • Support the maintenance of systems and configuration
  • Identify and report system/process problems
  • Support testing, and building work flows to support business needs
  • Update and maintenance of system files
  • MI reporting
  • Due to the nature of the business, the role may also include additional tasks considered reasonable

Requirements

  • A reliable individual who can manage and prioritise workloads
  • Previous experience working in a Financial Planning firm would be ideal
  • Good working knowledge of back office systems, preferably IO, volume and Platform experience is essential
  • Excellent planning, organisational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility/ adaptability to cope with change
  • Confident with IT and office software packages including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
