Requirements:

  • You’ve got a knack for leading and growing membership departments with a focus on innovation and experience
  • You’re comfortable using data to inform and drive strategic decisions
  • You know how to manage and optimise CRM systems to enhance member experiences
  • You’re experienced in developing and executing successful member retention and engagement strategies
  • You understand the ins and outs of running a contemporary members club and love creating a vibrant, welcoming community
  • You have experience managing membership across multiple sites
  • You excel at building strong relationships with members, colleagues, and stakeholders
