Job Description:

HBA is seeking a creative, motivated, and highly collaborative individual to join our team as our Group Marketing Executive for HBA Residential based in Singapore. In this role you are responsible for planning, overseeing and leading the marketing from ideation through to completion for the HBA residential brand and supporting the wider Group marketing activities. This role requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop a deep understanding of HBA’s portfolio of work, and global capabilities in order to support the marketing and brand communications of the brand
  • Work within the global team to design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral aligned with brand standards. Develop new materials to support business development activities, as needed
  • Manage the client database ensuring data integrity and security in line with local personal data privacy regulation
  • Drive the day-to-day marketing and brand activations from developing social media to managing and creating content on our owned channels
  • Generate, edit, publish social media content (text, images, video). Maintain the HBA residential pages within each social media platform and manage enquiries on owned channels
  • Working in collaboration with Group Marketing brand communications team coordinate on the content calendar
  • Coordinate and support on PR events and video/photo shoots, as required
  • Continuously seek to improve marketing by capturing and analyzing the data/metrics, insights and best practices and then acting on the information
  • Support the creation of any monthly marketing reporting, tracking and analysis
  • Maintain HBA resources & information systems: updating project documentation and image library, as required
  • Coordinate other responsibilities, such as administrative and finance tasks, delivering in a timely manner, as directed
  • From time to time support the wider Group Marketing team on new global initiatives for the business, providing the HBAR perspective, as required

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years’ experience in a marketing position with a design, property, or professional services firm or equivalent
  • Degree in Journalism, Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Communications or Marketing
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. InDesign, and photoshop skills essential. Ideally also have video editing experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating effective presentations and marketing collateral
  • Fluent in English, oral and written

  • Self-motivator with intra-personal skills, and a great collaborator
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlines
