This role is part of the Digital function and is responsible for the day to day management of Airbus Defence and Space Platform Scope under ERP for Airbus Defence and Space in Digital ERP CoE, which is located within Digital Global In-house Center (GIC). Success of this position will require strong international collaboration with global teams. We are customer oriented driving force in Enterprise architecture, IT Simplification, Operational Excellence, Sustainability, Security and Compliance. ERP for Airbus Defence and Space is a transversal organization acting as center of excellence for every topic under the ERP umbrella of Airbus Defence and Space from India. This role requires knowledge of SAP Cloud Products, Automation and Integration best practices. Our team is answering business needs from the whole Airbus Defence and Space organization across, mainly Europe, and follows a user centric and centralized approach (customer satisfaction). Therefore, we are in contact with every Airbus defence and Space project using SAP as a digital backbone, from manufacturing to customer services, finance, procurement, etc.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and lead the ERP for Airbus Defence and Space Platform Team
  • Manage SAP Public Cloud products along with strong Delivery and stakeholder management
  • Accountable for the platform life cycle from conception, design, industrialization, operations through retirement including management of dependencies
  • Responsible for centralized teams managing a stream of Projects and Services across ERP systems
  • Identify opportunities and create a product or a service that satisfies the stakeholders and Projects
  • Defines chargeback models for their respective projects or Services
  • Defines the new standards and Accountable for SAP Cloud Products and Automation
  • Lead the team using a performance management and development process with the right training program
  • Coach, mentor, provide oversight and direction to the team accordance with the organization's policies and procedures
  • Consciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization's goal and objectives
  • Responsible to take business decisions in accordance with organization policies and procedures
  • Responsible for overall budget management,Overall Cost /budget Estimation and control by managing all aspects
  • Promote a high quality of end-user experience by considering latest SAP technologies to implement to answering the business needs
  • Managing coordination of the teams and working groups engaged globally in the different projects
  • Ensure Platform and product availability and security guidelines in line with Airbus standards
  • Manage global communications and alignment with all stakeholders
  • Liaises with, and updates progress to, senior management and stakeholders
  • Help the team identify their appropriate career path & develop competencies of the Team and prepare for future competencies

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate with 14 to 16 years of experience in ERP SAP Platform management
  • Experience in delivering SAP Cloud Products and its automations in line with security and audit practices
  • Expert level SAP Cloud product knowledge (Public Cloud, Integration, Commerce Cloud or Automation Practices like Tricentis/Tosca)
  • Good Knowledge on platform best practices
  • Leadership skills, Project Management
  • Building prototypes quickly and ability to scale to minimum viable product
