The objective of this role is to transform the company, support in its S4H journey, able to handle business priorities with ease and to prepare it for the future. This transformation includes new global governance, new ways of working and the implementation of digital business services for the product Non-conformity and Data. This role is part of the Information Management (IM) function and is responsible for the day to day management of the Quality team of Non-conformity & Data products, which is located within IM Global In-house Center (GIC). Success of this position will require strong international collaboration with global Airbus teams. The IM for Operations team is mainly supporting the different PSL’s like E2E Logistics, Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Industrial Solutions, Industrial Sites and Quality. Acting as a backbone in supporting manufacturing of commercial aircraft.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct People Management activities for Airbus India employees
Manage the recruitment process in coordination with Human Resources Team
Manage work timing schedules, hybrid policies, job rotation and vacations of the team located in India
Ensure that performance management and development processes are done with the right training program
Provide effective performance feedback through employee recognition, rewards, and disciplinary action when it’s required

Requirements:
Graduate/Post Graduate with 13+ years of experience
Excellent Leadership skills & Project/ Program Management skills
Excellent track record of working in SAP QM module with a minimum of 12+ years of functional experience
Implementation, rollout and support experience on SAP Projects, preferred
Experience in setting-up & managing operations teams
Business / affairs Management

Experience in defining the road maps in the domain of ERP
