We are seeking a dedicated Cluster Maintenance Manager to oversee the engineering and maintenance operations, for my clients forever growing vibrant properties. As the Cluster Maintenance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the sites are safe, comfortable, and impeccably maintained for their guests.

Job Responsibility

  • Direct daily engineering needs, plan and assign work to ensure your team has the right resources, and promote teamwork across departments
  • Conduct inspections, respond to maintenance requests, and manage routine maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Address guest needs promptly to ensure their satisfaction and maintain a service-oriented atmosphere
  • Oversee facility spending, identify cost-saving measures, and manage external contractor relationships efficiently
  • Contribute to the long-term management of the organisation's infrastructure and resources

Requirements

  • Strong background in building maintenance, construction, plumbing, electrical & mechanical
  • Proven track record in facilities management within the hospitality sector
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and develop your team
  • Attention to detail and a go-getter attitude toward project management and emergency response
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally between sites
