The job involves managing contract and regulatory services within Bosch Digital's Regulatory Excellence unit. Responsibilities include overseeing a multidisciplinary team, managing various regulatory services, optimizing organizational processes, and driving cross-unit management initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and develop a cross-functional team
  • Own and manage key regulatory services including Contract Management Tool, NDA Services, Signature Processes, and Regulatory Monitoring
  • Develop tools and processes to optimize regulatory task management
  • Drive cross-unit management initiatives including business planning, benchmarking, automation projects, and performance controlling

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading teams and delivering results through others
  • Solid understanding of legal and IT topics
  • Deep knowledge of contract management and regulatory compliance
  • Strong track record in performance management and process optimization
  • Excellent communication skills – able to convey complex information clearly
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field
  • University degree in Law, IT, Business Management, or a comparable discipline
