Group Leader PPC

Roles & Responbilities:create CKD process as per the schedule.Coordindate with ckd for the delivery process.manage warehouse, supplier and customer stocks statusPrepare and manage daily/weekly/monthly production plans based on cuastomer demand.Coordinate with sales, materials, production, QA, Logistics ans Suppliers for smooth planning.Ensure timely actively avaiabilty of raw materials and compoments by closely follwup with suppliers.Communicate Supplier delays or risks to relevant department and Adjusts the plan accordinglyMaintain optimal inventory levles to prevent shortage to excess stockIssue production orders and follow up with the shop floors for executionMonitor WIP, track production, progress and address bottlenecks or deviations.Ensure adhernce to delivery commitments and customer OTIF performancesMaintain accurate planning parameters as planning such as lead times, safely stock, and cycle times.Review plan vs actual performance and drive corrective and prevention actionsManage Kanban systems
