Job Responsibility

  • Lead and develop a cross-functional team, ensuring strong collaboration with target managers from various departments
  • Own and manage key regulatory services: Contract Management Tool – manage the full contract lifecycle
  • NDA Services – oversee NDA creation, coordination with legal and export control teams
  • Signature Processes – ensure compliance with internal regulations
  • Regulatory Monitoring – assess and integrate new internal and external regulatory requirements
  • Develop tools and processes to optimize regulatory task management
  • Drive cross-unit management initiatives, including: Business planning
  • Benchmarking
  • Automation projects
  • Performance controlling

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading teams and delivering results through others
  • Solid understanding of legal and IT topics
  • Deep knowledge of contract management and regulatory compliance
  • Strong track record in performance management and process optimization
  • Excellent communication skills – able to convey complex information clearly
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field
  • University degree in Law, IT, Business Management, or a comparable discipline
  • Fluent in English – written and spoken
