Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and develop a cross-functional team, ensuring strong collaboration with target managers from various departments
  • Own and manage key regulatory services: Contract Management Tool – manage the full contract lifecycle
  • NDA Services – oversee NDA creation, coordination with legal and export control teams
  • Signature Processes – ensure compliance with internal regulations
