Group Lead

• Commit to a Zero-Harm workplace and ensure Safety policies are followed
• Timely reporting of all safety incidents
• Cultivate a collaborative environment while interacting and motivating a team of operators to achieve People/Quality/Delivery/Cost objectives
• Ensure training and cross training on accurate procedures and operations of tools to develop operators and maintain flexibility
• Use computer to update production targets, scrap transactions, order material
• Knowledge of Excel/Word/SAP
• Ensure all quality and regulatory policies are carried out
• Review/Sign Device History Records, Training records and other quality documents
• Assist your supervisor with employee appraisals

• High School Diploma/GED, Associates Degree preferred
• 2-4 years’ experience
• good mechanical dexterity/eyesight, ability to read, write and use basic math
• maintain a high degree of accuracy in performing repetitive tasks
• ability to adapt to a changing work environment
• work well with others and actively participate in team problem-solving activities
• may be requested to work overtime, as needed
• natural or corrected near-distance visual acuity of 20/25
• ability to differentiate between colors
• ability to lift 40lbs and work in various positions
