We are looking for a Group Key Accounts Manager to lead and develop strategic customer partnerships across the Baltics. This role is responsible for driving profitable growth, strengthening market position, and leading a high-performing Key Account team. You will play a critical role in shaping the Baltic key account strategy, negotiating national agreements, and ensuring excellent execution across customers.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute Key Account strategy aligned with business objectives
Build long-term partnerships with key customers to drive growth, profitability, and market share
Lead and develop a team of Key Account professionals
Negotiate and close national agreements with key clients
Identify and prioritize customers for Baltic-level approach vs local ownership
Prepare and deliver customer business plans and budgets
Monitor performance using tools such as BPMS and KPIs, and drive corrective actions
