Job Description

We are looking for a Group Key Accounts Manager to lead and develop strategic customer partnerships across the Baltics. This role is responsible for driving profitable growth, strengthening market position, and leading a high-performing Key Account team. You will play a critical role in shaping the Baltic key account strategy, negotiating national agreements, and ensuring excellent execution across customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute Key Account strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Build long-term partnerships with key customers to drive growth, profitability, and market share
  • Lead and develop a team of Key Account professionals
  • Negotiate and close national agreements with key clients
  • Identify and prioritize customers for Baltic-level approach vs local ownership
  • Prepare and deliver customer business plans and budgets
  • Monitor performance using tools such as BPMS and KPIs, and drive corrective actions
  • Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.)
  • Drive execution excellence, including Picture of Success / RED standards
  • Identify growth opportunities and optimize portfolio and cost structure
  • Lead forecasting, financial planning, and performance reviews
  • Develop talent, ensure succession planning, and build a strong team culture

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of managerial experience, ideally in Sales or Key Account Management
  • Strong experience working with key customers / modern trade
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and manage teams
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate in a cross-functional, matrix environment
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen
  • High level of ownership, integrity, and customer focus
  • Ability to manage change and drive continuous improvement
  • Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
  • Good command of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Valid driver's license
