Group Internal Audit Leader

• Take on a group-level role with oversight across all Ingka businesses, ensuring alignment with the company’s global objectives
• Lead the end-to-end execution of internal audit assignments focused on Ingka’s most strategic risks — including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up
• Assemble and lead high-performing audit teams, drawing on both internal expertise and external resources as needed
• Contribute to the development and refinement of the annual internal audit plan, ensuring it is strategically aligned with Ingka’s priorities and transformation journey
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the Internal Audit function to enhance audit effectiveness, efficiency, and stakeholder value

• Extensive experience in internal and/or external auditing, risk management, internal controls, and compliance within an international environment, with a proven track record of driving improvements
• In-depth knowledge of global internal audit standards
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or equivalent certification is highly valued
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to describe complex issues simply and comprehensively
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant audit and data analytics tools
• A genuine interest in home furnishing
