Job Description:

Within the Global Learning & Development (L&D) Team, you will evolve in a fast-growing, multicultural environment and contribute to shaping how our people learn and grow worldwide. As a Global L&D Intern, you will support the delivery of our ambitious roadmap, strengthen our digital learning ecosystem, and help ensure a smooth, high-quality experience across talent development initiatives and learning programs for all employees. The team's work is structured around three core pillars: Supporting the roll-out of the Global L&D roadmap; Enhancing the digital learning experience; Ensuring operational excellence and engagement in learning programs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the roll-out of the 2026 L&D roadmap
  • project management support
  • preparation of presentations for Top Management and Executive Committee
  • participation in continuous improvement of digital learning platform (LMS)
  • LMS administration (user management, usage analysis, reporting, performance tracking)
  • creation and operational deployment of learning content (videos, e-learning modules, guidelines)
  • support end-to-end execution of talent and development programs
  • pre-selection, application campaigns, participant communication, logistics, workshop preparation
  • specific support for Edenstep Graduate Program induction week
  • organization and coordination of HR community meetings
  • boosting learning culture through internal communications, newsletters, and engagement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bac+5 degree in Human Resources, Business School, or Master's in Digital Learning
  • internship agreement required
  • comfortable working on projects and in international multicultural environment
  • previous experience in HR or L&D is a plus
  • excellent interpersonal skills and motivated team player
  • comfortable interacting with all levels of hierarchy
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • rigorous, organized, detail-oriented
  • fluent in English and French
  • additional European language is a plus
