Job Description:

Group Housing Coordinator position at W Atlanta Downtown responsible for processing reservations, managing room blocks, and providing excellent guest service while following company policies and standards.

Job Responsibility:

Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail
Identify guest reservation needs and verify availability
Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies
Accommodate and document special requests
Answer questions about property facilities/services
Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue
Communicate VIP reservation information
Input and access data in reservation system
Oversee accuracy of room blocks and reservations
Input group rooming lists using reservation systems
Set-up proper billing accounts according to Accounting policies

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
