Job Description:

Assist hotel group guests to ensure a successful event by being the housing and billing contact from pre-arrival through departure; providing excellent service and hospitality following the brand guidelines.

Job Responsibility:

Assist hotel group guests to ensure successful events
Be the housing and billing contact from pre-arrival through departure
Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Identify guest reservation needs and verify availability
Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies
Accommodate and document special requests
Set-up proper billing accounts according to accounting policies
Prepare, review, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements
Work closely with various departments and outside entities
Ensure compliance with standard and local operating procedures

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Less than 1-year related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
