A leading international digital organisation is seeking a Head of IT Development to drive the evolution, reliability, and scalability of its core technology platform across multiple markets. You will define the technology direction, ensure operational excellence, and lead a high-performing engineering function that delivers secure, scalable, and compliant digital solutions. Working closely with Product and senior stakeholders, you will play a central role in enabling business growth and platform innovation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in IT leadership, engineering management, or platform development
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional engineering teams at scale
  • Strong understanding of modern architectures (microservices, cloud, distributed systems) and DevOps practices
  • Comfortable operating in regulated environments with security and compliance requirements
  • Strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A people-centric leader who builds high-performing, accountable teams
  • Fluent in English
