Job Responsibility:
Lead and develop a team of 5
Partner with our leadership team to align people & change initiatives with business strategy
Provide tools, training and guidance to managers and teams to build change resilience
Anticipate future talent needs and shape workforce planning
Drive Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts across all levels of the organisation
Champion our values and embed them into everything we do
Design initiatives that boost engagement, belonging and employee well-being
Act as a culture ambassador across the business, ensuring every employee feels supported and heard
Oversee smooth HR operations including contracts of employment, onboarding and HRIS Management
Continuously improve HR processes for efficiency and employee experience
Ensure compliance with employment law, health & safety and industry regulations
Develop and maintain fair, competitive frameworks
Regularly review benefits to ensure they meet employee needs and market standards
Lead reward and recognition programmes that celebrate contribution and achievements
Requirements:
CIPD qualification (or equivalent) demonstrating a strong professional foundation in HR and people management
Proven experience in senior HR or People leadership roles
Hands on experience with organisational change and multi-site projects
Strong understanding of employment law, HR policies and best practice
Capability to design and implement people aligned to business goals
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with discretion and empathy
Strong analytical skills and comfort using HR data to inform decisions
Flexibility and willingness to travel across our sites in Scotland, Belfast, Northeast and Southwest England
