Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent) demonstrating a strong professional foundation in HR and people management
  • Proven experience in senior HR or People leadership roles
  • Hands on experience with organisational change and multi-site projects
  • Strong understanding of employment law, HR policies and best practice
  • Capability to design and implement people aligned to business goals
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with discretion and empathy
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using HR data to inform decisions
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel across our sites in Scotland, Belfast, Northeast and Southwest England
