  • Develop and execute Group HR strategy aligned with business growth and diversification plans

  • Strengthen employer branding initiatives across industries and campuses
  • Strengthen PMS frameworks, KRAs, competency mapping, and performance culture across the Group

Requirements

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Prior experience in logistics, infrastructure, manufacturing, ports, supply chain, warehousing, or industrial businesses preferred
  • Strong exposure to multi-location workforce management and scaling organizations
