We are seeking Group Graphic Designer to join our team of marketing and communications specialists. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is passionate about storytelling with superb design skills, eager to collaborate and create impactful presentations, infographics, brochures, event collateral and pitch decks that communicate the HBA’s value to our clients and wider audiences. They will collaborate to support HBA’s external and internal communications platform. We are seeking a highly aesthetic, creative, design led and motivated graphic designer to conceptualize, develop and enhance our brand marketing materials. They will join a global, world-renowned, multi award winning hospitality design firm, and the Group Brand Marketing team (based in Singapore).
Job Responsibility:
Creating compelling and effective designs across print and digital marketing platforms
Designing presentations, reports, pitch decks, and project portfolios for leadership, and designers
Developing creative solutions for brochures, event collateral, infographics, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials
Conceptualizing and illustrating complex ideas, strategies, and brand narratives
Supporting the creative development of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
Designing internal communications, eNewsletters, marketing reports, and branded presentations
Developing brand identities, logos, and brand guidelines across a range of brand portfolios
Managing digital design content for HBA’s enterprise website and digital platforms
Producing project and award submissions, posters, and promotional assets
Collaborating with the Brand Marketing team to ensure visual consistency across all marketing platforms
Creating sales enablement materials and business development collateral
Developing and maintaining high-quality templates and visual assets for wider internal use
Presenting design concepts and ideas to stakeholders with clear rationale and commercial application
Supporting cross-functional collaboration and participating in brand strategy and creative brainstorming sessions
Acting as a graphic design resource for the wider HBA community, providing guidance, support, and best practices
Requirements:
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field
6+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally supporting marketing, communications, or branding functions
Experience designing across both digital and print media
A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in presentation design, visual storytelling, and information design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
Strong understanding of corporate branding, layout, colour theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
Strong conceptual thinking, storytelling ability, and design strategy skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
Excellent attention to detail and strong visualization skills
Nice to have:
Mandarin proficiency desirable
Experience with video editing or motion graphics software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) is highly desirable
