Join our Group Controlling Team in Uzwil as a Group Function Controller and play an important role in supporting our functions across a wide range of finance and controlling topics. In this position, you will contribute to transparent financial steering, provide valuable insights, and act as a trusted partner to the business. Job Responsibility:

  • You act as a controlling business partner for Global Functions such as R&D and IT, including monthly reporting, monitoring, analyses, and finance-related support
  • You support annual cost center and project budgeting for the assigned functions
  • You serve as the central contact for finance and controlling questions and act as the link between functional departments and the finance community
  • You lead the group-wide investment controlling process, including stakeholder communication, data quality assurance, reporting, and decision-making support for the Executive Board
  • You provide ad-hoc analyses, contribute to operational and strategic projects, drive process improvements, and support the development and optimization of the reporting environment

Requirements:

  • Degree or further education in accounting, controlling, or a related field
  • 3 years of professional experience in Controlling
  • experience in R&D Controlling or Investment Controlling is considered a plus
  • Strong understanding of financial and controlling processes, with the ability to analyse, structure, and solve problems effectively
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • advanced knowledge of SAP S/4, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Analytics, Power BI, or Excel VBA are an advantage
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, combined with a proactive, analytical, and team-oriented personality
  • German or any other languages are an advantage
