Group Fitness Instructor

• Plan and lead group fitness classes throughout two locations in greater Houston
• Have at least two regularly scheduled weekly classes, and be available to be on-call for additional classes as needed
• Provide timely and professional communication to members before and after sessions
• Ensure a wonderful experience for clients by anticipating their needs and bringing special touches to every session
• Prioritize client satisfaction by actively engaging with the client to understand their needs and preferences
• Implement innovative strategies and programs to enhance their experience
• Support the Host Team with projects to increase client engagement and member experience

• 1+ years experience in a fitness center environment teaching group fitness classes in formats such as Bootcamp, HIIT, core, Pilates, etc.
• Valid Group Fitness certification from a nationally recognized organization
• Up-to-date CPR and AED certification
• Technologically savvy and can assist members with class and training sign-ups through native technology as needed
