Job Description:

Are you ready to take on a strategic finance role in a dynamic, international environment? We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to support our Group Functions – primarily (but not limited to) IT, Procurement and HR – by providing financial leadership, analytical insights, and driving cost transparency across the organization. This is an individual contributor role with high exposure to senior stakeholders and a strong focus on planning, budgeting, and investment support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with Group Function leaders (including but not limited to IT, HR & Procurement) on budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
  • Ensure functional spending and investments support Group strategy and long-term value creation
  • Develop and manage transparent cost allocation and recharge models across business units and countries
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations for strategic initiatives
  • Support implementation of FP&A tools and process improvements
  • Prepare and review business cases for functional investments

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
  • Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus
  • 4–5 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Finance Business Partnering
  • Experience in international environments, ideally supporting IT, Procurement or HR
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and Power BI
  • Knowledge of D365, TM1, or similar systems is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

  • Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus
  • Knowledge of D365, TM1, or similar systems is an advantage
