Job Description

Functions as supervisor of the property’s group and event sales. Manages the property's reactive and proactive group sales efforts. Responsible for preparing all event documentation and coordinates with Sales, property departments and customer to ensure consistent, high level service throughout pre-event, event and post-event phases of property events. Ensures their property events have a seamless turnover from sales to service back to sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in tourism and hotel management or related major
  • Advanced English
  • At least 3 years of experiences in the same or relevant field
  • Knowledge on Opera & Microsoft Office
  • Account Management and Sales & Negotiation Skills
