Job Responsibility

  • Lead and grow multiple engineering teams responsible for delivering the COSMIC Application Platform
  • Own end-to-end delivery of platform capabilities
  • Partner with product management and architects to translate platform priorities into shipped capabilities
  • Drive execution across teams and dependencies
  • Establish and track clear success metrics for platform adoption, reliability, and developer experience
  • Build a strong leadership bench by mentoring Engineering Managers and senior technical leaders
  • Champion operational excellence
  • Represent the App Platform in cross-org forums

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
