Job Description:

The Group Creative Director is a senior creative leader who elevates the agency’s creative practice across key client groups and business units. You set the creative vision, define the standards for craft excellence, and help shape the culture that enables world-class, commercially impactful work to thrive.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and steward the creative vision for key client groups
  • Lead integrated creative direction across diverse campaign types
  • Serve as the senior creative leader on high-value engagements
  • Provide clear, compelling POVs that elevate ideas and guide teams
  • Act as an internal catalyst for ambitious, high-bar creative
  • Partner closely with strategy to unlock insights and shape creative platforms

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in creative, design, or digital environments
  • Leadership experience in multidisciplinary teams
  • Proven success in building teams, managing performance, and mentoring across levels and specialties
  • Strong operational and commercial acumen with the ability to balance creative excellence and business performance
  • Ability to bring strategic vision and creative inspiration to foster a cohesive and motivated team from diverse backgrounds and disciplines
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex ideas professionally and effectively to all levels of stakeholders
