Job Responsibility

  • Evaluate Digital/IT procurement needs across various projects to ensure clear alignment on requirements and deliverables
  • Conduct smart market research to identify and vet reliable IT service providers
  • Lead the end-to-end RFP/RFQ process for software, hardware, cloud, and professional IT services
  • Partner with suppliers to secure the best pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions
  • Collaborate with the Legal team to draft, standardize, and track compliant contracts from start to finish
  • Keep procurement documentation and help drive automation and digital transformation within the team
  • Work closely with tech teams, business stakeholders, and regional procurement units to smash sourcing goals

Requirements

  • 5+ years in IT procurement, sourcing, or vendor management within complex, fast-paced environments
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain
  • A solid understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, cloud services, and software licensing
  • Hands-on experience with procurement platforms (like SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle) and MS Office
  • Fluency in both English and Greek
