  • Acting as a creative partner to stakeholders across the business, helping translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual content
  • Supporting the evolution and application of our Group visual identity, ensuring it is used consistently and effectively across outputs
  • Designing for digital channels including employee engagement platforms and our Group website with a focus on layout and user experience
  • Creating visual content across multiple formats, such as photography, film, infographics and interactive digital assets, to support communications plans
  • Managing the production process, including print and digital outputs, and working with external suppliers such as photographers, illustrators, web developers and printers
  • Using insight, feedback and analytics to continuously improve the effectiveness and usability of our content and channels

Requirements

  • Strong, hands-on graphic design capability, with the ability to produce high-quality work across print and digital formats and platforms
  • A great eye for layout, typography and visual storytelling, with attention to detail and pride in execution
  • Experience managing design projects from concept through to delivery, including production and supplier management
  • Confidence working directly with stakeholders to shape briefs and deliver creative solutions that meet business needs
  • Strong skills in design software including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Experience designing for digital platforms and an understanding of UX, page structure and content management systems
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and produce a high volume of work to a consistently high standard
  • Strong organisation, collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, practical mindset – someone who’s happy rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck into delivery
