Lead the planning and implementation of township master plans, including budgeting, project scheduling, and achieving sales targets
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue, leasing performance, and market presence
Monitor market dynamics and commission research to guide strategic decisions
Manage relationships with key stakeholders including consultants, partners, and regulatory authorities
Oversee brand strategy, corporate communications, and media engagement to enhance corporate reputation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Real Estate/ Marketing or a related field
15 years of working experience in property development industry
10 years in senior leadership roles
Demonstrated success in managing cross-sector operations, particularly within the property and plantation sectors
Strong commercial acumen paired with solid technical expertise
Strategic thinker with high integrity and proactive leadership style
Excellent in negotiation, communication, and organisational management
