Group Controller

We are seeking a talented and driven candidate with a Business Control, or Controlling-like, background, ideally with experience from a fast-paced industry or tech company, to join Instabee’s Group FP&A team as a Group Controller. The successful candidate will be highly involved in building and developing our Group FP&A function. This is a broad role that spans from finance process development to financial control-like tasks. It offers clear opportunities for growth, with a strong focus on enhancing and refining our finance processes, workflows, and reports. You will collaborate closely with all parts of our Finance organization and have clear touchpoints with Group department heads and other stakeholders. As a key contributor, you will drive processes as financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. This role provides a chance to join one of Sweden's fastest-growing companies.
