We're currently looking for a Group Consolidation Manager for our office in Stockholm.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and execute the group consolidation process (monthly, quarterly, annual) for both legal and management reporting
  • Ensure full IFRS compliance, including complex areas such as PPA, goodwill, eliminations, and interest consolidation
  • Prepare and review group financial statements, disclosures, and supporting documentation for management and statutory reporting
  • Own and develop group cash flow consolidation and reporting, ensuring alignment across P&L and balance sheet
  • Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the group consolidation system, including process optimisation and testing
  • Support M&A activities, including acquisition accounting, opening balance sheets, and post-acquisition integration into group reporting
  • Coordinate the year-end close and annual report process, acting as a key contact for external auditors
  • Act as a technical accounting expert and trusted partner to local finance teams and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to the ongoing professionalisation and strengthening of the Group Finance function, driving best practices and scalable reporting processes

Requirements

  • Strong experience in group accounting and consolidation within an IFRS environment
  • Hands-on exposure to PPA and M&A-related accounting topics
  • Experience working with or implementing modern consolidation systems (e.g., OneStream or similar platforms)
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end financial reporting, including consolidation and cash flow
  • Background from a fast-paced, international environment (FMCG, retail, consumer goods, or similar is a plus)
  • A hands-on, structured, and detail-oriented approach with the ability to operate independently
  • Curious, proactive mindset with a drive to improve processes and raise standards
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative way of working
