Leading international financial services firm. Framework Governance: Oversee and refine the global compliance framework to ensure alignment with evolving statutory obligations. Risk Mitigation: Identify potential regulatory gaps and implement robust internal controls to safeguard the organization. Policy Advocacy: Draft, update, and communicate internal policies to maintain a culture of integrity across all business units. Advisory Support: Act as the primary consultant for senior leadership on the compliance implications of new business ventures. Monitoring & Reporting: Conduct regular audits and provide comprehensive reports on the group's compliance health to the Board. Regulatory Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for external regulatory bodies and manage all formal inquiries.
