Job Description:

Tax professional role providing expertise on Employment Tax and Compliance matters for IKEA's global workforce, working within the Global Mobility team and reporting to the Group CoE Tax Mobility Manager.

Job Responsibility:

Provide expertise on Employment Tax and Compliance matters for global workforce
Support and coordinate tax framework for employment tax and compliance
Offer expert advice on immigration and tax compliance on individual basis
Collaborate with Mobility Operations Team to ensure tax compliance
Support creation and implementation of training programmes
Act as point of contact for employment tax inquiries

Requirements:

University degree
At least 3 years of relevant experience (or 7 years of equivalent practice)
Experience in cross-border Employment Tax and Compliance matters
Strong communication skills
Ability to explain complicated matters effectively
Ability to work independently
Alignment with IKEA's values
