Job Responsibility

  • Proactively support teams in multiple sites
  • Accountable for recruiting, inducting, training and supporting colleagues
  • Motivating and managing a team within multiple sites
  • Controlling and managing a budget creating a platform for financial growth
  • Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison
  • Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and colleagues

Requirements

  • Proven experience of successfully managing multiple teams
  • Chef background and ability to run commercial kitchens
  • Genuine interest in customer service excellence

  • Previous experience managing sites, contract catering desirable
