Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Group Business Manager to join our Total Audio team on a 12-month FTC. In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing sales team focused on a dedicated portfolio of key agency partners. You will work closely with both agency leadership and the wider Melbourne Management Team to develop innovative cross-media advertising solutions that drive results.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver against group revenue targets
  • Provide sales leadership, mentorship, and clear direction to your team
  • Represent the Nine Audio brand within the market, maintaining a strong and reputable presence
  • Develop and execute comprehensive team revenue plans on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our market share
  • Provide accurate team revenue forecasting and reporting to senior leadership

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships internally and externally
  • Demonstrated Digital Media skills
  • Ability to work in a faced past environment and adapt and be flexible to change, leading your team through change
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Negotiating and influencing skills
  • Experience leading a team
