We have an exciting opportunity for a Group Business Manager to join our Total Audio team! In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing sales team focused on a dedicated portfolio of key agency partners. You will work closely with both agency leadership and the wider Melbourne Management Team to develop innovative cross-media advertising solutions that drive results.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver against group revenue targets
Provide sales leadership, mentorship, and clear direction to your team
Represent the Nine Audio brand within the market, maintaining a strong and reputable presence
Develop and execute comprehensive team revenue plans on a quarterly and annual basis
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our market share
Provide accurate team revenue forecasting and reporting to senior leadership
Requirements:
Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships internally and externally
Demonstrated Digital Media skills
Ability to work in a faced past environment and adapt and be flexible to change, leading your team through change
Strong commercial acumen
Negotiating and influencing skills
Experience leading a team
Nice to have:
Programmatic Media skills
Understanding of the Data Landscape
Exposure to Broadcast and other Media
