As Group Business Controller, you play a key role in the financial and operational steering of our Benelux organization. You work closely with the Managing Director, Finance Director, and Finance team, and have a direct impact on the strategic direction of the business. You provide insight, develop KPI structures, and support decision-making through data. You act as the connecting link between the different entities, convincing non-financial stakeholders of the importance of financial discipline and transparency. You also prepare business cases and internal reports aligned with group standards and deadlines for our headquarters in Germany.
Job Responsibility:
Implement and optimize Power BI and Microsoft Fabric dashboards
Harmonize data from different entities into one reliable source
Develop KPI structures (especially leading KPIs) and trend analyses to support strategic decision-making
Prepare business cases and internal reports for HQ Germany
Actively contribute to digitalization and process optimization
Partner with operational directors and departments
Support month-end closing, forecasting, and budgeting
Report and analyze to support the management team
Requirements:
Master’s level education in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an international or multi-entity environment
Strong analytical skills and experience with complex structures
Proven track record in managing projects and improvement initiatives
Proficiency in Power BI, ERP systems, and data-driven working
Strong communication skills, energetic, and able to engage others in change
Nice to have:
Experience in Technical Services is a plus
