Job Description:

Do you want to be part of shaping future data-driven decisions in a fast-paced and ambitious organization? We are looking for a Business Analyst who combines business understanding with data skills to support better decisions and real improvements in how we operate. In this role, you will not only support the business—you will take an active role in defining what we should measure, how we follow up, and where we need to improve. You will work close to both operations and management, with a clear focus on turning data into action. This is what Jonathan, one of our Business Analysts, has to say about the role -"The best part of this role is having a leading position in driving our data-driven culture, ensuring the organization makes smarter decisions powered by our data." You are offered Competitive compensation and benefits: We offer an attractive fixed salary that reflects your skills and experience. You’ll also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including generous wellness allowance, occupational pension, and health insurance. Be part of something bigger: We believe in building a strong sense of community and engagement, where everyone contributes to the company’s success. That’s why we offer you the opportunity to become a shareholder. Freedom with responsibility: We believe in giving our people the freedom to plan their work so that it works in everyday life. At the same time, we know that the best way to build our culture, develop and learn from each other is when we come together. Work tasks Process measurement across our value streams: Build and maintain how we measure performance across our value streams—from definition to follow-up. Create clarity on what is working, where we are losing value, and where we need to act. Partnership with process and product owners: Work closely with process owners and product owners to connect day-to-day operations with measurable outcomes, and shape the decisions that move the business forward. Our Process-KPIs: Define them, defend them, evolve them. These are the metrics the business uses to steer, and you will ensure they are relevant, understood and used in decision-making. You own them end-to-end — including the conversations when the numbers are uncomfortable. A direct contribution to our Business Plan framework (BPS): Link strategic priorities to measurable targets and initiatives, so that our strategy is reflected in how we work on a daily basis — not just in the planning cycle. Improving tools and data-driven ways of working: You play a key role in strengthening the organization’s ability to understand and use data in everyday work. Identify areas for improvement and contribute to developing better processes, tools, and ways of working.
