They are looking for an experienced Group AR& AP Finance Manager to lead their wider finance team and become a foundational part of this journey. Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the heartbeat of the daily financial activities
  • Manage the Invoicing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Cash & Bank functions
  • Supervise and mentor a team handling AR, AP, and cash ledger operations
  • Implement improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control
  • Manage supplier invoice processing and payment schedules across multiple geographies
  • Oversee the employee expenses review and approval process
  • Oversee customer invoicing and review Kantata approval status reports
  • Manage the credit control process to ensure timely collection
  • Lead fortnightly Divisional AI and ADR meetings as an escalation point
  • Ensure bank transactions are posted daily and reconciliations are prepared regularly
  • Support short-term cash flow forecasting
  • Build excellent relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Collaborate with internal Business Partners and Heads of Commercial Excellence

Requirements:

  • Prior experience leading a strong Accounts Payable / Receivable team
  • First-class communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and lead
  • Business language fluency in English
  • Good Excel skills and an aptitude for maintaining accurate records and reports
  • A team player who focuses on overall team achievement rather than just individual goals
  • Excellent organizational skills and can navigate a fast-paced international environment
