Exciting Opportunity: Full-Time Group Operations Executive - Edinburgh or London (Hybrid). Our client, a leading player in the travel industry, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their dynamic team as a Full-Time Group Operations Executive. This position offers a competitive salary range of £29,000 to £33,000 and the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement, with the option to be based in either Edinburgh or London. As a Group Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's operational processes and ensuring the smooth functioning of their group travel services. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating group bookings, liaising with suppliers, and managing logistical arrangements to deliver exceptional travel experiences for our client's customers. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent organisational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A passion for the travel industry and a customer-centric approach are essential, as you will be working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate group travel bookings, including accommodation, transportation, and activities
  • Liaise with suppliers to secure competitive rates and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage logistical arrangements, such as itineraries, rooming lists, and special requests
  • Monitor booking progress and proactively address any issues or changes
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving concerns
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all group bookings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise processes and enhance customer experience
