As a Group Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's operational processes and ensuring the smooth functioning of their group travel services. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating group bookings, liaising with suppliers, and managing logistical arrangements to deliver exceptional travel experiences for our client's customers. Job Responsibility:
Coordinate group travel bookings, including accommodation, transportation, and activities
Liaise with suppliers to secure competitive rates and ensure seamless service delivery
Manage logistical arrangements, such as itineraries, rooming lists, and special requests
Monitor booking progress and proactively address any issues or changes
Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving concerns
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all group bookings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise processes and enhance customer experience
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role within the travel industry
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
