  • Own and manage the Group AI roadmap, ensuring initiatives are prioritised, sequenced, and aligned to strategic transformation goals
  • Lead development of robust business cases, defining business problems, recommended AI solutions, and projected commercial returns (ROI)
  • Conduct cross-functional discovery workshops to identify AI opportunities and gather requirements for transformation initiatives
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure commercial value, ensuring delivery outcomes meet original business case expectations
  • Enforce Data & AI governance, ethical standards, and security controls across all AI initiatives
  • Provide executive-level reporting on roadmap progress, risks, and delivery performance
  • Oversee the full delivery lifecycle, coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure quality outcomes
  • Manage third‑party suppliers and strategic partners, ensuring contractual performance and value delivery
  • Champion change adoption, ensuring AI solutions are embedded into business processes and operationalised effectively

Requirements

  • Must be an Australian Citizen
  • Significant experience in Data or Digital Transformation, Product Management, or similar transformation and delivery‑focused leadership roles in complex corporate environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior management, facilitate workshops, and drive cross‑functional alignment
  • Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science concepts, with the ability to translate technical capability into business value
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable commercial outcomes through transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience developing high‑quality business cases and investment proposals
  • Experience working within established governance, compliance, and risk frameworks
  • Strong change management capability, with experience driving adoption of new technologies or workflows
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse business units while also operating independently when required
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (mandatory)

Nice to have

  • Certifications in Product Management (CPM, CSPO) and/or Project/Program Management (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum) — highly regarded
  • Strong literacy in AI and data concepts, supported by relevant training or professional development
