Job Description:

This role involves supporting the administration of the Biocomposites Group, particularly the contracts team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contributing to the day-to-day administrative function of the Contract Database
  • Contributing to gathering of all types of Agreements and Contracts submitted for inclusion into the Contract Database
  • Responsible for weekly reporting to the Group Legal Administrator
  • Manage communication with and ensure compliance from internal stakeholders regarding their timely submission of evaluations, contract modification request and renewals, and ensure all notifications are sent to appropriate personnel well in advance of approaching deadlines.
  • Review and respond to contract inquiries which includes contract review and analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of DocuSign process from initiation through contract storage
  • Support the administrative efforts of the Group as and when required
  • Oversee the smooth running of reception including assisting with Purchase Orders, Group Air Travel
  • Ensuring the Head Office facilities are maintained to a high standard
  • Assist with any visitors and catering needs.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years’ experience strong office administration experience, and relevant contract experience (review, administration, data base)
  • Office 365 proficient
  • Detail oriented, organised, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Contract drafting/reviewing
