Job Responsibility:
Act as the go‑to person for all queries within the client's Bristol office
Oversee facilities management, ensuring the workplace runs smoothly
Coordinate and deliver company events, socials, and celebrations
Provide administrative support across multiple teams
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Manage meeting rooms, office supplies, and general office upkeep
Support senior staff with ad‑hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
