Job Responsibility

working alongside the Service Manager to ensure a safe and caring service for the people we support and our colleagues
visible in the day-to-day operation of the service supporting duties in line with the requirements of the people we support
working shifts on a rota basis which may include sleep ins
in the absence of the Service Manager, have responsibility for the day to day running of the service
providing leadership and management to the team, monitoring performance, carrying out one to one’s and appraisals and holding team meetings
building positive relationships with all stakeholders and put our vision and values into action to deliver a first-class service
achieving the highest levels of independence for the people we support, and on organising and modelling that support in an innovative, person-centred and flexible way to make everyday remarkable
