Job Description

My client is looking for an experienced Groundworks Labourer to work on a busy housing site in Northampton (NN3) area. Free parking and 45 hours per week, all aspects groundworks labouring. Ongoing works, you must have extensive groundwork’s experience.

Job Responsibility

  • All aspects of groundworks labouring
  • damp proofing plots with Bitumen paint
  • anything else that the client needs onsite

Requirements

  • CSCS Card
  • PPE
  • Groundworks experience
  • Worked on housing sites
  • Used bitumen paint before
  • Can work in all aspects of groundworks
  • Can work a 45 hr week

  • Promote and maintain a strong health, safety, and environmental culture across all site activities
  • Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and daily planning activities with operational teams
  • Monitor progress against programme requirements and communicate any issues, delays, or resource requirements to management
  • Maintain site records and documentation, including daily diaries, inspections, and quality checks
  • Liaise professionally with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and the wider project team to ensure successful project delivery
