Job Description:

We are looking for four skilled and reliable Groundworkers to join a fast-paced project in Newmarket. Given the nature of the site, we require professionals who are experienced in high-specification finishes and comfortable working under strict security protocols.

Job Responsibility:

Installing foul and surface water drainage, including laying pipes and manhole construction
Setting up shutters, tying rebar, and pouring/finishing concrete for slabs and foundations
Precision laying of kerbs, edgings, and channels
High-quality flag laying, block paving, and tactile paving
Leveling and compacting stone to precise grades
Excavating for and installing ducting for electrics, water, and telecoms

Requirements:

Valid Blue Skilled Worker CSCS Card
Valid documentation to work in the UK
Full 5-point PPE (Hard hat, high-vis, steel-toe boots, gloves, and goggles)
Two professional finishing references (previous supervisors or site managers)
Ideally hold BPSS / EL1 (Prison Clearance) and a Basic DBS as a minimum
