Job Description:

We're looking for a skilled Groundworker to join our Response team, based in the Peterborough area, carrying out reactive repairs. Putting our customers at the centre of everything we do, you'll make a meaningful and lasting impact through every repair. Job Responsibility:

  • Carrying out reactive repairs
  • External domestic groundworks including fencing, minor paving works, brickwork pointing, and small concrete areas
  • Applying fault finding skills in domestic settings to resolve issues effectively
  • Engaging with residents and collaborating with team
  • Putting customers at the centre of everything

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade
  • Experience in domestic or social housing environments (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Full UK driving licence
