Groundworker

• Carrying out reactive repairs
• Deliver high quality work in a fast paced, target driven environment
• External domestic groundworks including laying flagstones, erecting and maintaining fences, brickwork pointing, and small concrete areas
• Apply fault finding skills in domestic settings to resolve issues effectively
• Engaging with residents and collaborating with your team

• Qualified to NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience in domestic or social housing environments (desirable, but not essential)
• Genuine passion for improving people’s homes
• Strong customer service skills
• Enjoy working with others
