Job Description:

For a contractor specialized in roadworks, sewerage, demolition, and soil remediation, we are recruiting a Groundworker. The groundworker will perform various site tasks such as installing house connections, setting curbs, and laying paving stones. Work is done in a close-knit team together with a crane operator and a fellow laborer, ensuring smooth and efficient project completion. Work begins at 7:30 AM in winter and at 7:00 AM in summer.

Job Responsibility:

Carrying out general groundwork tasks on construction sites
Laying curbs and paving stones
Assisting with house connection works
Supporting the team to ensure smooth site operations
Working safely with modern tools and machinery
Maintaining clear communication with the site supervisor

Requirements:

At least one year experience in the ground work sector
Motivated with a strong sense of teamwork
Interest in construction and willingness to learn
Not afraid of physical, outdoor work in all weather conditions
In possession of a valid category B driving license
Able to travel to various construction sites independently
